the staff were friendly and helpful, giving great advice on local dining spots and even arranging free tours of the area. the lounge area was a nice touch, with complimentary coffee and snacks. We also loved the unagi chazuke breakfast. We couldn't have asked for a better location, with the local street market and other attractions within walking distance.
The hotel lacked a swimming pool.
